Life & health coaching are one-on-one sessions where we focus on your personal growth. It’s frequently hard to make changes on your own, so a coach can provide strategies, insight, encouragement, and accountability to help you achieve your goals. 

First, we identify your areas for growth and which tools will be most beneficial. Then we embark on a journey to upgrade your life using the tools of integrative wellness including yoga, mindfulness meditation, and life & health coaching.
